Refund Policy
At GMen Zone, we value our customers and offer the option to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened.
The product must include all original accessories (box, manuals, warranty card).
If the watch sticker has been removed or the product has been used, and the only reason for return is that the customer does not like it, 20% of the product price will be deducted upon return.
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, you will be informed of the return or exchange steps.
Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
If the product is returned simply because the customer does not like it, and the sticker has been removed or the product opened, 20% of the product price will be deducted.
Refund Process:
After receiving the returned product and confirming its condition, the refund will be processed.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products:
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products that have been used or tampered with.
